Up uP

This few days I had watched abundant of Lady First program.
I had learn a lot of beauty tips and knowledge from there.

Today I will share the knowledge with you all about the upgrading and take care of your breast and what kind of foods that able to up your cup^^

FOODS that contains protein able to upgrade your cup. It's include:

Seafood like fishes and prawns.
MILK, SOYA drink, boiled egg all contain very high protein.
Apple, Grape, alcohol also able to enhance your cup as well.

The foods above is to enhance inside the body.
So now talk about outside the body. It mean about the shape and how to maintain a nice shape and increase the cup.

EXERCISE everyday is a must methods in order to get a nice shape of boob^^
All you need to do is only spend few minutes like 10-15min to do such exercise everyday.
You can do it when you are shower, watching movie or drama, gym, yoga....and so on.

MASSAGE your boob in a right way with a right cream or lotion everyday. 
AND 
This is a super duper important things to remember girls.
MUST wear a correct size of BRA and wear it in a proper way!
I had saw and met a lot of girls who wear their bra inappropriate way and it will cause the breast to transform a ugly shape that everyone hate. (I also heard don't know from else where that sometimes it will cause a breast cancer.)
 
Food and drink

Ingredients are 山藥, apples, low fat/skimmed milks (for those people who underweight or over skinny I would be suggest to choose whole milks cause human also needs a healthy fat in our body). that it! No sugar but if you worry and doesn't like the 山藥taste you may can add some honey to make it more tasty.*my suggestion*
So you can enjoy the drink everyday^^ healthy and up up!^__^



Of cause the main ingredients consists of 山藥, Towel Gourd and Prawn.
Garlic, Green onion, oil, salt.

Simple and fast. 
1st, prepare and heat the pan, and pour some oil and fry the garlic then stir with 
the towel gourd and 山藥 after 1 minute then put your prawns into the pan and stir-fry all the ingredient for 3-4 minute and it's depend whether you want to have the crunchy taste or mushy. 
Then sprinkle some salt and stir again.
Last but not least, sprinkle some green onion on top as a topping and serve in plate^^
It depend on your taste.
Cooking is flexible it can cook the way you like and add some ingredients that you like to eat as long as it taste nice and match with it.

It's won't have any effect if you dint work it out and maintain it in long term.

If you want to speed up your effect, you can do plastic surgery but I don't suggest people go and have boob job. You know I know ^^
